Survey: Men Seducing Women in the Office to Banish Tired

You often get praise, a smile or more attention from male colleagues in the office? Do not rush to conclude that he is interested in you.

Many women may feel flattered when a man in office who is always smiling as he passed, or ask for personal matters when taking a drink of water in the pantry. Some even consider it as a trick to woo.

But it turns out, seduction does not necessarily mean the man has a feeling of love. Could be, it's just to cope with boredom at the office. And a study has also been proven true.

Scientists at the University of Surrey has been studied more than 200 men and women aged 21-68 years. Most of the respondents were lawyers, stockbrokers, charity workers and civil service.

They ask whether respondents ever seduce someone in the office, be friendly, teasing co-workers that led to the attitudes that cause ambiguous, how satisfied with the work and how hard they work.

Result, there are significant differences between men and women. Women who give special attention to the man in office, the average feel comfortable and happy with her work. So when a woman approached her male colleagues, it means there is sexual attraction.

These results are inversely proportional to the male respondents. Men who like to tease a woman in office, tend to be less satisfied with their jobs.

"Research shows that everyone is seduced for some reason is different. There are seduced to increase self-confidence, just having fun or because it is truly in love," said Chadi Moussa, a psychologist at the business world, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

Chadi added, "If a man dissatisfied with his work, he may launch a petition to keep him entertained while in office. And this behavior is likely to lead to a negative relationship."

Furthermore, Chadi explaining, flirting behaviors may be a positive impact in the workplace. But if done frequently and excessively, could be a sign that someone is not satisfied with his work or bored.

However, Chadi also asserted that his invention is not recommend someone to seduce to be more satisfied with their jobs, or help to better job performance. The study merely want to see the tendency of a person's behavior outside the office of the technical stuff.
